Processing Time

All items from Designable Expressions are made to order. Our standard processing time is 7 business days before your order is ready to ship or for local pickup.

During holidays, product launches, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be extended. Current turnaround times will always be posted on our website or social media when applicable.

If you need your order sooner, rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Designable Expressions is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Designable Expressions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
