Terms of Service

By placing an order with Designable Expressions, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom artwork, including:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Colors
• Design placement
• Other customization details

Once artwork has been approved and production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed and Designable Expressions cannot be held responsible for approved errors.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be guaranteed.

Product Colors

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible.

Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and garment manufacturing, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Copyright & Trademark

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those materials.

Designable Expressions reserves the right to refuse any order that violates copyright or trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

Designable Expressions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
