Because all products are custom made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Changing your mind
• Buyer preference

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

If the error is determined to be ours, we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost.
