Most orders are ready for local pickup or ship within 7 business days. During holidays and peak seasons, processing may take a few extra business days due to increased order volume.
Need your order sooner? Contact us before placing your order! We offer rush processing for a small additional fee whenever possible

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer convenient local pickup in the Bryan/College Station, Texas area. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
RETURNS
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Because most of our items are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part or your item arrives damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving so we can make it right.

How should I wash my apparel?
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use the delicate/gentle cycle
- Do not iron direction on the design
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Hang dry for the longest life, or tumble dry on low heat.
*Please note* Large, bold prints may naturally develop slight cracking over time if exposed to high dryer heat. This is normal wear and not a defect
Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! Creating custom apparel is one of our favorite things to do. Whether you have a complete idea or just a starting point, we'll work with you to create something unique just for you. Use our contact us page to send us your vision and we'll reach out to bring your idea to life.
Can I personalize my order with names or colors?
Yes! Many of our designs can be customized with names, school names, team names, colors, occupations and more! If you're unsure just send us a message or email before ordering.
What brands of apparel do you use?
We primarily print on trusted, high-quality apparel brands including Comfort Colors, Gildan Softstyle, Jerzees, and Gildan Crewneck Sweatshirts, along with other premium brands depending on the design and availability.
If you have a preferred brand, let us know before ordering.
Will the shirt color look exactly like the photo?
We do your best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to the differences in phone, tablet, and computer screen settings.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment methods available through our website at checkout.
Can I order shirts for my business, school, team, or event?
Absolutely! We love creating custom apparel for schools, teachers & staff, sports teams, businesses, vacations, birthdays, fundraisers, churches, special events, and so much more!

Can I provide my own shirt?
At this time, we print only on apparel that we provide. This allows us to ensure the highest print quality and stand behind every finished product.
What if I need my order quickly?
If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We'll let you know if rush processing is available and discuss any applicable rush fees.
