All items are made to order. Standard processing time is approximately 7 business days before shipping or local pickup.

During holidays and peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Rush processing may be available for an additional fee.

Because each item is custom made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom artwork, including:

Once artwork has been approved and production begins, Designable Expressions cannot be held responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible.

Due to differences in monitor and screen settings, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, artwork, photographs, or other copyrighted material submitted for custom orders.

Designable Expressions reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright or trademark laws.

Your personal information is used only to process and fulfill your order.

We never sell or share your information except as necessary to complete your purchase or ship your order.

Payment is required before production begins.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Designable Expressions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Product mockups are digital representations of the final product. Actual shirt color, print placement, and print size may vary slightly depending on garment size, brand, and production process.
